Accessibility: A lift is available in the building, the apartment is on the 4th floor.
Amenities: Cable television in the living room, wireless internet available, information and book on Brussels and Belgium are at your disposal..
Breakfast: A typical Belgian breakfast is served in the dining room whenever you prefer.
Cycling: Bikes can be safely placed in the inner courtyard. Bikes can also be rented in the building (ground floor, cycle shop).
Parking: Though located in the immediate neighbourhood of the city centre, you wont have any problems parking your car near the entrance of the building. 
Self-catering is possible thanks to the equipped kitchen at disposal of the guests. The kitchen has a gas cooker, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge.
